IRVINE, Calif., April 04, 2016 -- Sabra Health Care REIT, Inc. (NASDAQ:SBRA) (NASDAQ:SBRAP) announced today that it has closed on the previously-announced sale of its investments in the Forest Park Medical Center – Frisco hospital. The Company expects to use the proceeds from the sale and repayment of its debtor-in-possession loan investment to repay borrowings under the Company’s revolving credit facility.
